ADG Flagman is a residential development of six premium villas in Berawa, a central neighbourhood of Canggu. The villas are designed as a complete product for both personal use and rental.
ADG joined the project at around 65–70% construction completion. By then, the previous contractor could not maintain the required pace: deadlines were slipping, the budget was under pressure, and stronger construction management was needed.
ADG took over during the structural and rough-construction phase, then assumed responsibility for construction, finishes, procurement, installation, and bespoke interior elements.
Uncommon solutions for Bali include custom wood-veneered wall panels and staircase details, plus insulated glazing sourced directly from China to improve sound insulation.
Bespoke furniture made from carefully selected materials completes the interiors.
The first show villa is nearing final handover.
